Dayniah is a 42 y.o. mother, educator, writer, and activist who lives with Muscular Dystrophy: Spinal Muscular Atrophy II. Having migrated from the island of Jamaica in 1994, she has since resided in New York. Not only is she a highly successful public school educator, she also holds the title of Miss Wheelchair NY 2017. Her commitment to positively impacting society is showcased below.
